Dosierung (الجرعة)

- Asthma SMART: 160/4,5 µg 1–2 Hübe 2×/d + bei Bedarf (max. 12 Hübe/d)
- COPD: 160/4,5 oder 320/9 µg 2×/d

Indikationen (الاستطبابات)

- Asthma bronchiale (Dauertherapie ab GINA-Stufe 3, SMART-Konzept ab Stufe 1!)
- COPD (bei häufigen Exazerbationen + Eosinophilie)

Kontraindikationen (موانع الاستخدام)

- Aktive Lungen-TB

Prüfung الامتحان · Exam

Prüfungsfälle: (فخاخ الامتحان) LABA-Monotherapie bei Asthma = KONTRAINDIZIERT (erhöhte Mortalität!). Immer mit ICS kombinieren. GINA 2025: ICS/Formoterol auch als reiner Reliever möglich (Stufe 1–2).
Merksatz: (جملة للحفظ) SMART-Konzept: Budesonid/Formoterol als Dauer- UND Bedarfstherapie. LABA nie ohne ICS bei Asthma!

- Prüfungsrelevant: NNR-Suppression bei hohen Dosen

Interaktionen (التفاعلات)

- CYP3A4-Hemmer: Budesonid-Spiegel ↑

Wirkmechanismus (آلية التأثير)

Budesonid: topische antiinflammatorische Wirkung (ICS). Formoterol: LABA mit schnellem Wirkbeginn (auch als Reliever geeignet → SMART).

Monitoring (المراقبة)

- Asthmakontrolle (ACT-Score)
- Mundinspektion (Soor)
- Wachstum bei Kindern
