Dosierung (الجرعة)

- p.o./i.v.: 500–1000 mg alle 6–8 h (max. 4 g/d)
- i.v. LANGSAM (cave Hypotonie!)

Indikationen (الاستطبابات)

- Starke Schmerzen (Koliken!, postoperativ)
- Hohes Fieber (wenn Paracetamol/Ibuprofen nicht ausreichen)
- Tumorschmerz (WHO-Stufe I)

Kontraindikationen (موانع الاستخدام)

- G6PD-Mangel (hämolytische Anämie)
- Agranulozytose in Anamnese
- Schwangerschaft (3. Trimenon)

Prüfung الامتحان · Exam

Prüfungsfälle: (فخاخ الامتحان) Metamizol i.v. LANGSAM geben (mind. 15 min!) — sonst Kreislaufkollaps. Agranulozytose: bei Fieber + Halsschmerzen unter Metamizol → BB sofort!
Merksatz: (جملة للحفظ) Metamizol = stark analgetisch + antipyretisch. Cave Agranulozytose. i.v. = LANGSAM!

„Metamizol ist ein starkes Analgetikum, das ich v. a. bei Kolikschmerzen einsetze. Ich gebe es i.v. immer über mindestens 15 Minuten."

Nierenkolik, starke Schmerzen → Metamizol 1 g i.v. über 15 min + Buscopan → Schmerzlinderung.

Nebenwirkungen (الآثار الجانبية)

- Gefährlich: Agranulozytose (selten 1:1.000.000, aber potenziell letal!)
- Prüfungsrelevant: Hypotonie bei schneller i.v.-Gabe!

Interaktionen (التفاعلات)

- ASS: kompetitiv an COX → ASS-Wirkung ↓ (wie Ibuprofen)
- Ciclosporin: Spiegel ↓
