- ACS / NSTEMI mit geplanter PCI (Hochrisiko, Bail-out)

Kontraindikationen (موانع الاستخدام)

- Aktive Blutung, schwere Hypertonie, Schlaganfall < 30 Tage, Thrombozytopenie < 100.000

Wirkmechanismus (آلية التأثير)

Nicht-peptidischer GP-IIb/IIIa-Blocker → vollständige Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung. Kürzere HWZ → schnelleres Abklingen der Wirkung.
