Your invoice with itemised German VAT (in line with § 14 UStG) is always available in your account.

Log in to Kennti

Open /en/my-account/ and sign in with your email and password.

Open Orders

Click Orders in the menu. You will see every purchase with date, amount and status.

Download invoice as PDF

Click Invoice next to the order you need. The PDF downloads immediately.

Tip for business customers: Enter your VAT ID during checkout — customers from EU countries outside Germany automatically receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT.

Installments — interest-free and transparent

How installment payment works

For our All-in-One package we offer interest-free installments via Ultimate Payment Plans. You split the total into several monthly instalments — without any external credit check. Your course access is unlocked with the first instalment.

  • Initial payment: first instalment at checkout via SEPA or credit card.
  • Follow-up instalments: automatic monthly debit on the same day.
  • Duration: three to twelve months, depending on the package.
  • No interest: the total equals the regular price, incl. 19 % German VAT.

Consumer protection

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the contract is concluded (§ 355 BGB).

How to withdraw from your purchase

  1. Send an informal email to support@kennti.com with the subject Withdrawal.
  2. Or use the online form at /en/contract-withdrawal/.
  3. We refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
Important: If you explicitly consent to the immediate start of the service, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the course is fully unlocked and used — this consent appears as a separate checkbox during checkout.

Which payment methods can I use?

Kennti accepts credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx via Stripe), SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Klarna (Sofort instant transfer or invoice purchase) and classic bank transfer. Stripe, SEPA, PayPal and Klarna unlock access immediately; bank transfer takes 1–3 business days.

Are installments possible?

Yes. For the All-in-One package we offer interest-free installments via Ultimate Payment Plans. The duration is three to twelve months, with the monthly debit via SEPA or credit card. Your course access is unlocked with the first instalment.

Do I get an invoice with itemised VAT?

Yes. For every purchase Kennti automatically generates an invoice in line with § 14 UStG showing net amount, 19 % German VAT and gross amount. You will find the PDF under My account → Orders and you will also receive it by email.

How long do I have to withdraw?

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the contract is concluded (§ 355 BGB). Send an informal email to support@kennti.com or use the form at /en/contract-withdrawal/. We refund within 14 days.

Can I pay for Live Courses by credit card?

Yes. For our current Live Courses (May 2026 and later) all payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx via Stripe), SEPA direct debit, Klarna, PayPal and bank transfer. Enrollment is automatic after successful payment — bank transfer takes 1–3 business days, all other methods unlock access immediately.

What happens if an installment debit fails?

We notify you immediately by email. The payment attempt is automatically retried after three business days — your course access stays active during that period. For persistent issues, write to us: we can usually agree on a solution, such as an adjusted duration.
