Notice on the authenticity of reviews
On kennti.com we publish reviews and feedback from participants of our courses. This page explains where they come from and how we make sure they come from people who actually used our courses (Section 5b(3) of the German Act against Unfair Competition, UWG).
Reviews submitted through our form
Reviews sent through the form on the page Reviews are published only after we have verified participation: we match the e-mail address given against our course bookings. If participation cannot be confirmed that way, we check it manually. If that also fails, the review is not published. These reviews are labelled “Submitted on kennti.com”.
Older feedback
Some feedback dates from before this form: public comments under posts about our courses on Facebook and Telegram, and messages to our lecturers. We publish it only with its source stated. An individual check of course participation was not possible in every such case.
What we publish
Reviews appear word for word and in their original language. We only shorten personal data such as surnames, profile pictures or phone numbers. We publish positive and critical reviews alike. We do not publish unlawful, offensive or off-topic content, or any information about patients.
Selection on the homepage
The homepage shows a selection. All published reviews are on the page Reviews.
No incentives
We give no payment, discount or any other benefit for reviews.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent to publication at any time. An e-mail to support@kennti.com is enough; we will then remove the review.
